We are committed to protect any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) (as described in section 4.1 below) that you provide when you are Using the Site. It also highlights various obligations, best practices and tools that support compliance with data privacy regulations applicable to TechM in its role as a data controller or data processor and your consent for such activities if required.

We rely on the following lawful reasons when we process your Personal Information to provide you the Services:
a. Contract - We may process your Personal Information to perform our contractual obligations to which you are a party. We may process your Personal Information to administer and develop our business relationship with you and, if applicable, the corporate or other legal entity you represent.
b. Legal obligations - We may process Personal Information to enforce and comply with the law, including to conduct an investigation, to protect the property and/or rights of TechM or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity which we may consider to be, or which poses a risk of being illegal, fraudulent, unethical or legally actionable.

A. When you Use the Site as customer/reseller/vendor/visitor:
a. b. When TechM shares Personal Information with third party service providers, we require that they use your Personal Information to contact you about a TechM offer in support of your business needs or to conduct online surveys to understand better the Users’ needs and profiles. This is only for the purpose of providing such third-party services to us and subject to terms consistent with this Policy.
c. Provide you Services: You have provided your consent that the Personal Information that we collect will be used to contact you for empanelment, reminders, Invoice and payment and similar services through emails. Any Personal Information of your “Contacts” that you upload for the Services shall be capable of being used only by you and not by TechM for any purpose, provided however that you may provide your consent, for TechM to use the Personal Information of your contacts as data processor, at any time, including without limitation, at the time of termination of the relationship for TechM to update or delete your contacts related information, or delete any cache related to your Use of the Site.
d. To gather details about prospective customers/vendors/visitor: Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your requests and queries.
